These terms govern purchases from Enhanced Human (ABN 42 944 977 145, Adelaide, South Australia). By ordering you agree to them. Governing law: South Australia, Australia. Effective from launch.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights — where this policy and the ACL differ, the ACL wins.
Orders & payment
- Prices are in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST; prices don't include GST.
- Your order is an offer; we accept it when we dispatch. We may correct listing errors (price or description) before dispatch, if we do, you can cancel for a full refund.
- Made-to-order and pre-order purchases are paid in full at checkout and can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch, see made-to-order & lead times.
- Payment methods are shown at checkout. Buy-now-pay-later providers apply their own terms.
Delivery, risk & title
Delivery per our shipping policy and delivery guide. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on payment in full.
Cancellations, returns, warranty & guarantees
Cancellations before dispatch are free, see cancel or change my order. Returns per returns & refunds; warranty per warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes your Australian Consumer Law rights.
Offers
Available to new email subscribers. One single-use code per email, valid 30 days from issue, redeemable on the Kiuas Dry Sauna + Ice Drop Chiller bundle or any order over $3,000, usable on pre-orders, not stackable with other offers, no cash value. We may end or vary the offer for future sign-ups at any time.
Product use & age
- Products are recovery equipment for domestic use, to be used per the manual and our health & safety guidance.
- Products are sold to adults (18+). Users aged 16–17 should only use them with an adult present; the products are not intended for children under 16.
- Commercial or hire use is outside domestic warranty cover, commercial buyers, see commercial for tailored terms.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your ACL rights, our liability for any claim is limited to replacement, repair or refund of the product. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss where the law allows that exclusion.
