Step 01

Unbox the chiller

One box, one unit. Lift it out and set it beside your tub.

Step 02

Pick your tub

Use the bathtub you already own, or add one of ours. No plumbing, no special vessel.

Step 03

Plug in & drop it in

Power it on and lower the probe straight into the water. The cold goes in directly.

Step 04

Cool down, then get in

The first cool-down takes a few hours; after that it holds and is ready in minutes.

Common questions

Does it work with my own tub?+
Yes, that's the point. The chiller drops into the bathtub you already own; no special tub required. You can add one of ours if you'd prefer a dedicated plunge.
How cold, and how fast?+
Down to 3°C. The first cool-down from room temperature can take up to around 8 hours; after that it holds and returns to temperature in minutes.
How loud is it?+
Quiet, fine to run early in the morning without waking the house.
When will it arrive?+
Made to order, ships in 8–10 weeks, delivered free to your door. We'll keep you updated by email along the way, and delivery is right to your door.
Why is it pre-order?+
Because it's brand new. It's new to the Australian market, so for now each unit is made to order rather than sitting in a warehouse.
Is cold plunging safe for everyone?+
Cold isn't for every body, some heart and blood-pressure conditions, and pregnancy, don't mix with it. This is education, not medical advice; check with a clinician if you're unsure.
