Where we ship
Australia-wide by freight carrier and courier. Metro delivery is free, it's built into the price, with no surprise charges at checkout. Regional and remote addresses attract a freight surcharge, always quoted and confirmed with you before dispatch, never added silently.
- PO boxes and parcel lockers can't take freight, we need a street address.
- Islands and very remote areas: contact us first and we'll confirm what's possible and what it costs.
- International orders aren't available through the store yet, email us and we'll quote freight.

You then choose: wait, or cancel for a full refund. No chasing us for updates, delays are communicated, not hidden.
What delivery looks like
How your order physically arrives depends on the product. Portable units (chiller, inflatable tubs, the Kiuas sauna) come by courier to your door. The large tubs and the Hemlock sauna come by freight to your kerbside or ground-floor entry. The full breakdown, what's included, what isn't, and how to prepare, is on how your order is delivered.
- Someone 18+ should be present to receive and inspect the delivery.
- Freight can be rough: inspect before signing where possible, and report any damage within 7 days with photos, see returns & refunds.
- Placement, stairs and tail-lift services aren't offered yet, if access is tricky, tell us before ordering.
Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking the moment your order leaves. For freight deliveries, the carrier contacts you directly to arrange a delivery window.
