One tub, cold and hot. Cooling and heating, ozone and filtration, Wi-Fi control, all built in. There are no ice runs and nothing external to plumb in. Holds 1–40°C.

The All-In-One is built for commercial recovery rooms too, gyms, studios, clinics and hotels. Order multiple units at trade pricing, with help on layout, power and install.
Set it once and the tub holds it, as deep as 1°C, then warm the same water when you want it.
Most plunges only chill. This one heats too, so you can run a full hot-cold contrast cycle in a single tub, then leave it set to whatever you want.
A 1 HP / 3 kW compressor pulls the water to a true cold-plunge temperature and holds it there.
An integrated 1 kW heater warms the same water for contrast work or a warm soak, no second vessel.

How an integrated tub compares to the other ways to set up a cold plunge at home.
